About the team Our Customer Service Specialists work at the heart of it all - enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they're always finding ways for us to grow together. What you'll own You will provide customer support to merchants within our Call Center support team, via phone and email, while handling a high volume of inquiries related to Worldpay products and services. Your responsibilities include identifying the root cause of issues, utilizing tools and resources to resolve them, and tracking and documenting inbound support requests with accurate notations. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and average handle times. Your training will be onsite Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm for 11-weeks You will work a hybrid schedule; onsite 2 days per week You will address a high-volume contact center responsible for omni-channel servicing via voice, email, and chat. You will closely follow step-by-step troubleshooting procedures for point-of-sale or stand-alone equipment. You will proficiently utilize multiple computer applications to properly service merchant requests. You will be proactively identifying merchant's needs utilizing available resources. Where you'll own it You'll own it in the Cincinnati, OH Office (hybrid position). Training Schedule: (Required Onsite) -11 Weeks - 8:00am - 5:30pm Shift Information (Hybrid after completion of training):Morning Shift: Starts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (8 hr shift), Late Shift 10:00 AM -11:30 AM (8 hr shift) What you'll bring Payments processing or call center environment experience Ability to remain composed and customer focused at all times Ability to articulate actions taken & properly set expectations for servicing resolution Working knowledge of PC/laptop and Microsoft Office applications - focused on Teams and Outlook, Salesforce Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to effectively communicate - both written and verbal Comprehension of various communication types, i.e., phone line, ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer?
