Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.      • 80% Travel required nationally.      • Telecommuting permitted.      • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:      • Designing and developing applications using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Web UI Components in BOL Programming, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interface (API) for integration, and Data Loader, Workbench, and ANT Migration Tool for deployments to meet functional needs for software applications;      • Utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;      • Developing and launching automation solutions using App Builder, Lightning Components, Vlocity, and Community Builder for building customer and partner portals, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Development (CD);      • Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment, utilizing Eclipse, Data Loader, MS Visual Studio, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Cloud;      • Performing software development in Agile development environments and web service testing using Workbench, and Postman;      • Designing and maintaining coding standards to enhance application development using Apex Design Patterns, and Programming Mistake Detector (PMD), and Visual Studio Code (VS Code);      • Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage
