タレントアクイジションパートナーとして、積極的な採用活動や将来の能力ニーズに向けたパイプラインをサポートするため、ビジネスと相談しながらエンドツーエンドの採用を担当します。採用マネージャーやエグゼクティブと密接に連携し、人材市場に関する洞察、コンサルティング、サポートを提供し、包括的で付加価値の高いサービスを提供します。幅広い職務において、担当地域の採用責任者となる。
職務と責任
積極的なTA戦略を策定・実施し、多様で優秀な人材のパイプラインを構築し、ビジネスの成功に貢献する。
信頼されるアドバイザーとして、候補者の評価プロセスが一貫していることを確認するため、引きつけ、選考、採用に関するコーチングやアドバイスを行う。
ビジネスおよびHRBPと協力し、ビジネス要件を理解し、役割基準をマッピングし、ポジションの説明と要件を定義する、
ソーシング、スクリーニング、面接、給与提案、承認から採用までの採用プロセスをエンドツーエンドで管理する。
採用プロセスを改善するためのプロジェクトを立ち上げ、実行する。
採用のさまざまな段階において、すべての候補者がポジティブな経験を得られるようにする。
採用ブランディング活動に参加し、貢献する。
効率的なソーシング・チャネルを活用したダイレクト・ソーシングの経験と実績があることが望ましい。
ビジネス状況に応じて、追加のタスクや責任に対応すること。
採用テクノロジー（ATS、CRM、社内人材データなど）の使用経験。
採用プロセスの効率分析をサポートするKPIとデータの理解。
知識、スキル、経験
学士号または同等の経験。
タレントアクイジションにおいて最低8年の経験を有し、フルライフサイクルのリクルートメントに携わり、複雑なリクルートメントモデル/環境での成功実績があることが望ましい。
特にヘルスケア業界での採用業務経験があることが望ましい。
統合採用システム（ATS & CRM）に精通していること。SuccessFactors ATSの使用経験があれば尚可。
効果的なネットワークを構築し、迅速な信頼性を確立し、持続可能な関係を構築するための優れたコミュニケーションスキルと影響力を有すること。
効率的なソーシング・チャネルを活用し、ダイレクト・ソーシングを行った経験があり、実績があれば尚可。
構造的に問題解決に取り組むことができる。
戦略的思考、柔軟性、バーチャルチーム環境での多様なグループと協働する能力
APACの複数国での採用経験があれば尚可。
