Description
Location: Determined by Position - Columbus, Chillicothe & Lancaster
Primary Job Function: Responsible for Managing HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration installations. Review and report on Profit and Loss, develop installation strategies for the project to be financially profitable.
*Daily Job Duties *
- Estimate Bulletins & RFP Change order for project managing, give to the PMA to Submit and track
- Write RFI for Project, pass RFI to PA to Submit and Track
- Develop Submittals for the Project, Pass on to the PMA to Submit and Track
- Obtain Quotes, Parts from Vendors
- Track Parts, Materials and Equipment
- Coordinate with and/or direct subcontractor coordination
- Create and Edit CAD Drawings for project (Preferred)
- Review HVAC systems and basic designs for RFI's
- Type and create proposals
- Create tracking spreadsheets as needed
- Perform regular site visits to ensure project is progressing
- Assist Engineers with design and specifications on design build and retrofit projects
- Assist commercial sales group with acquiring equipment and system information for replacement quotes and maintenance contracts
- Administrative tasks as job requires
- Oversee Project Assistant project submittals tracking
- Oversee Project Assistant project RFI tracking
- Oversee Project Assistant project Change Order tracking
Other tasks as assigned by management
Performance Indicators:
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures and software Indicators:
- Pace at which tasks are completed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD(preferred)
- Ability to think on your own, Keep yourself busy, minimize distractions
- Contributions to the growth of the Commercial Department

Requirements
*Skills: *
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD preferred
- HVAC/Plumbing/Hydronic experience preferred but not required
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Construction Project Management or Engineering Technology Education/Degree from Trade School or College
- Strong Communications and Organizational Skills

Work Hours: Full Time, Monday Through Friday
