Aston Carter Electrical Service Manager in Chico, California

Opportunity to work for a recognized leader in electrical contracting, photovoltaic (PV) solar systems planning, engineering, and installation.

Description:

Open Position will lead our ATI service team and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, leadership, mentorship, accounting, job costing, and exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to lead and motivate teams of 5 or more employees.

Key Responsibilities:

-Reviewing and executing contracts

-Developing and approving customer proposals.

-Analyzing and reporting on system performance.

-Managing a team of up to 5 service technicians, dispatchers, and analysts.

-Designing and implementing a 24/7, 365-day service program.

-Reviewing, preparing, and approving departmental financial reports.

-Setting and maintaining sales goals and developing sales pipeline reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

-Service inventory reconciliations

-Expert knowledge of investor-owned utilities, tariffs, and customer contract cash flows

-Proficiency in developing detailed analysis and reports on system performance

-Experience in sales, conflict resolution, and customer service

-Experience in service ERP and CRM systems

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, contract law, mathematics, or electrical engineering

  • OR equivalent experience of 10 years in electrical service contract management

Schedule:

Monday-Friday // 9AM-5PM

Candidate must be open to flexible weekend schedule
