Robert Half Systems Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
Description We are in search of a Systems Analyst to become a part of our team. Based in Chicago, Illinois, this role primarily involves managing IT-related issues and providing comprehensive support to end-users, ensuring optimal functionality of all systems. Being a part of the IT industry, you will be instrumental in handling various facets of IT support and network connectivity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage IT trouble tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
• Generate and monitor support tickets, addressing any concerns or queries
• Provide comprehensive on-site support for our help desk, ensuring smooth operations
• Assist in the deployment of new PCs, coordinating procurement of laptops, monitors, and peripheral equipment
• Oversee the installation and disposal of electronic equipment, including network and computer equipment
• Offer assistance in printer installation and support, ensuring seamless operations
• Provide support for end-user applications, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
• Administer Google accounts, ensuring optimal functionality and user access
• Maintain documentation of procedures, ensuring easy reference and compliance
• Analyze and resolve end-user VPN and Microsoft Remote Desktop issues, ensuring seamless network connectivity. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira software to manage projects and track issues.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Citrix Technologies for virtualization and networking.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies for data storage and retrieval.
• Experience with IBM systems, software, and services.
• Ability to work with Linux Technologies for various server configurations.
• Proven experience in AB Testing to improve system performance.
• Proficiency in Active Directory for network management.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies for data recovery and protection.
• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Document to outline project details.
• Proficient in Office 365 for daily administrative tasks.
