They are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Conduct variance analyses and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and special projects.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2+ years of experience in accounting or finance; internships or relevant coursework may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
