The colleague will be trusted with practice level strategic projects with a focus on our core talent initiatives, such as helping to manage our People Programs, enhance colleague engagement & support our onboarding, training, and development processes. The AVP will work closely across the Strategy & Operations team, as well as, with the broader Advisory leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Senior Associate - Strategy & Operations

  • Developing and executing strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent, including our intern and associate programs.
  • Partnering with our Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging (IDB) Council to help shepherd various initiatives through the business focused on Recruitment, Retention & Career Advancement
  • Helping to design and implement Senior Leadership Development Programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our rising stars.
  • Helping to create dashboards to enhance our business reporting and metrics.
  • Data Analysis
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team
  • Collaborating with the India-based knowledge services team to enhance our leverage and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Fostering colleague engagement through various events, such as volunteer days, summer & winter socials, and all-colleague town halls

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in collaborating with HR and our Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and develop programs for colleagues at all-levels across the organization.
  • Helping to implement business process mapping and adoption of knowledge management systems.
  • Assisting with other ad hoc strategic projects across functions to help drive the overall growth and success of the US Marsh Advisory team.
