Job Description\ As anOracle Solution Architect, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand current and future needs, then assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of solutions. Working in a collaborative organization, you will have significant influence to improve the efficiency, performance, scalability, and security of our environment.\ Responsibilities
- Provide architecture oversight and guidance for Oracle initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Serve as senior technical resource for Oracle solution implementation and integration.
- Partner with other architects to develop technical roadmaps and evangelize enterprise strategies based on business goals and industry best practices.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to provide competitive advantages and internal efficiencies.
- Create and maintain enterprise technical standards, diagrams, and documentation.
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

\ Required Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, accounting practices, and financial systems.
- Broad familiarity with all major IT disciplines and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with SDLC practices, code management, quality assurance, and deployment pipelines.
- Extensive experience implementing and orchestrating Oracle Fusion, Oracle WMS, other Oracle cloud applications, and third-party solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other enterprise integrations that utilize SOAP, REST, and web service APIs.
- Familiarity with OTM, CPQ, and FAW modules is helpful but not required.
- 7+ years of Oracle application experience in 1000+ employee organizations.
- 3+ years of Oracle ERP architecture experience in 100+ person IT teams.
