What you will do

• Under general supervision, assists in managing the daily operations of the General Management Development Program (GMDP) program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

• Coordinates with program directors and selection committees to ensure a fair and transparent selection process by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates.

• Implements educational initiatives, mentoring programs, and professional development opportunities for residents.

• Develops and implements the curriculum for the GMDP program by collaborating with program directors, faculty, and other stakeholders to update educational content, including didactic sessions, clinical rotations, and research opportunities.

• Conducts regular assessments of resident performance, including scheduled appointments, milestone assessments, and competency-based evaluations.

• Under limited supervision, participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the GMDP program.

• Communicates relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements governing GMDP programs by ensuring compliance with rules related to work hours, supervision, and resident eligibility.

• Encourages team members to explore innovative solutions and approaches to operational challenges.

• Identifies opportunities of areas of concern and recommends corrective actions for timely resolution of patient healthcare needs. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

Specific location will be assigned based on preference and business need after acceptance"Starting Salary: $70,000 Job Description The General Management Development Program is a full-time, dynamic, 3-year rotational program designed to develop individuals entering the management field into future leaders. The program provides you with exposure across CVS Health's core businesses and offers meaningful rotations with a focus on business and leadership skills. Participants will complete three 13-month rotations across multiple enterprise functions with exposure to senior leadership in each operating division.As a program participant, you will progress through GMDP rotations following a developmental plan to achieve key capabilities. You will:

• Build Strategic Consulting, Healthcare Analytics, and Project Management skills

• Achieve milestones related to each rotation

• Be a resource for other colleagues; responsible for portions of projects or lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements

• Help identify gaps, recommend, and implement new and more useful ways to approach and improve products, processes and service using business segment and function knowledge

• Contribute to business plans

• Advocate for change

• May solicit and evaluate customer feedback to enhance continuous improvement

• StorytellingRelocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. • Have internship or work experience in related fields such as business or healthcare

• Be outcomes-focused and a collaborative team member

• Intention to see the GMDP through to completion (complete all 3 rotations and all required curriculum) Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
