They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their busy President/CEO. This role requires the ability to work 5 days a week on site and the candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive\'s calendar and deadlines
- Handle outgoing mail and correspondence
- Provide personal support as needed
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations
- Perform office/personal errands
- Organize meetings, luncheons, and presentations
- Greet visitors
- Draft and maintain correspondence files
Qualifications:
- Business school or Associate\'s degree
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with proofreading skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
