Cushman & Wakefield Investor Services / Strategic Accounts is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Investor Services Strategic Account Management (SAM) program. The Analyst works in partnership with the Investor Services SAM team to support the efficient operation of the SAM program, and is accountable for managing all data and analytics elements of the SAM program. The ideal candidate will have the desire to grow in the commercial real estate industry, have a passion for data analytics, strong writing skills and attention to detail, be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, and have a strong work ethic. This role will be a fully-dedicated resource reporting to the Managing Director of Investor Services, with a base + bonus compensation structure.
Opportunity and Position Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking a Business Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the commercial real estate or financial services industry, to produce client-facing materials for colleagues and leaders related to the firm’s largest institutional investor clients. This role will work on a collaborative team supporting the Investor Services Strategic Accounts team, and interact with other service line leaders and revenue producers across the platform.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Support C&W’s national Strategic Accounts team across all facets of the firm’s investor services.
Play a critical and active role in the day-to-day management of key investor client data and intelligence from both internal and external sources.
Maintain and update a centralized database of client statistics, track record, news, organizational changes, and other information to support the client team, revenue producers and other C&W leaders.
Provide accurate, client-ready data/information/insights to support client meetings and/or new business pursuits across the firm’s investor services, including capital markets, property management, agency leasing, and other teams and individuals on an as-needed basis.
Attend national and regional investor services calls, compile minutes and circulate key takeaways (industry trends, strategic client-specific news, etc.)
Draft regular weekly and quarterly updates summarizing current trends and activity related to strategic clients and C&W businesses.
Update / keep current client organizational charts.
Update client presentations for internal stakeholders.
Assist with the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and events.
Assist with a variety of special projects and requests for the SAM team, as needed.
Skills and Competencies:
BA or BS degree from an accredited institution
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or real estate preferred
2-5 years of professional experience (investor relations, institutional sales support, investment management, client service, research, etc.)
Motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and foster strong relationships with a “client-first” mindset
Excellent communication skills, through all mediums (digital and in-person), and interpersonal skills
Strong data management skills and system mindset, and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, PowerBI)
Experience with Salesforce preferred but not mandatory

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
