Description
Robert Half is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Trusts and Estates practice at a wonderful firm. This opportunity is based in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities:
Engage in estate planning and probate/trust administration operations.
Utilize case management software to maintain and track case progress.
Provide legal advice and solutions in areas related to elder law and guardianship law.
Maintain strong legal research, written, and oral communication skills.
Cultivate long-standing relationships with clients and foster a client-focused environment.
Ensure all work adheres to legal and ethical standards.
Maintain licensing and good standing status in Illinois.
Contribute to the growth of the national practice.
Stay updated with the latest changes in estate planning and probate/trust administration laws and regulations.
Requirements
Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of estate planning experience
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
