We are currently seeking one (1) full-time Accounting Clerk  to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day functions of our accounting department. This position will primarily be responsible for completing daily invoicing. 

 

Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Entering, printing and invoicing customer orders.

  • Make corrections and/or delete orders.

  • Invoicing; including printing, mailing, filing and EDI (electronic data interchange). 

  • Run report of daily orders. 

  • Assist Accounts Receivable with cash receipts. 

  • Provide back-up and support to accounting department.  

  • Acknowledge orders as needed. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • 3-5 years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience (coop, internship, prior work experience, etc.) 

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

  • Proficient in data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Team player and quick learner. 

    Full Time Schedule:  

    Office Hours are Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    40 hours per week plus occasional overtime

     

      Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting hourly rate is $22 – $24 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.
