Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be primarily responsible for the validation of all products produced from our manufacturing and assembly processes. Your role includes conducting in-process audits of manufacturing and assembly operations in alignment with ISO-9001 standards, ensuring proper use and maintenance of measurement tools and equipment. Your responsibilities will expand to performing tasks required by Quality Inspector I, advanced inspections such as PPAP, Weld Inspection, and CMM Inspections, as well as managing Quality System functions including MRB review, Gage Management, and Documentation Control.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial, requiring constant standing, handling tools, reaching, twisting, bending, and stooping. Frequent walking and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required. The role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, electrical shock risks, vibration, and loud noise levels.
