Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Provide active support and supervision for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
Transport individuals to various community outings, trips, and recreational events for enjoyment and engagement.
Create meaningful and engaging environments and activities that foster personal growth, development, and individual interests.
Contribute to the planning and development of community-based activities that enhance social and recreational opportunities.
Participate in arts and crafts, cooking, and other interactive activities within our day facility.
Document the supports provided to individuals at the end of each day using our Electronic Health Record system.
Collaborate with our team to ensure each day is filled with fun, purpose, and experiences that individuals look forward to.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
A verifiable high school diploma or GED is required
Previous experience is preferred, but not required; we provide full training and ongoing support
Must have a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential
A valid driver’s license with fewer than 5 points; probationary licenses are not accepted
New employees are required to complete the following screenings and checks after hire:

Central Registry check
CARI (Criminal Abuse and Registry Information)
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Physical examination
