Job Summary

Responsible for facilitating the successful, on-time, high quality delivery of various product development activities by leading and coaching one or more delivery teams. Plays a key role in allowing the company to meet stated objectives and continuously learning how to be more responsive to rapidly changing business conditions through the ongoing application of principles and practices of multiple agile frameworks, primarily scrum. Possesses a solid understanding of how scrum and other agile frameworks work to deliver business value and how various practices can and should evolve. Serves as the on-scene expert and not only understands these concepts, but is able to articulate their value and the dynamics of using one or more of them.

Core Responsibilities

+ + At least 5 years of relevant experience as a scrum master.

  • Strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software.

  • Strong experience in using JIRA. Creating JIRA boards, big picture.

  • Excellent analysis skills; Passion, drive, and resilience with a solution focused mindset

  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team.

  • Understanding of telco projects lifecycle will be an added advantage.

  • Solid hands-on experience on Jira, confluence; knowledge of various Agile frameworks and excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment.

  • Outstanding organization skills include experience on Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint for reporting purpose.

  • Ability to work with multi-skilled multi-cultural team (including NRE, Testers, Designers and Technical leads) based in diverse geography.

  • Solid experience of carrying out Sprint planning & Agile ceremonies i.e., Stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, Demos, retrospectives with JIRA knowledge. Host project kick-off, technical and design reviews.

  • Nice to Have:

  • Experience on Networking, Mobile or Telecom Project

  • Certification in Scrum Master
