Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mills to manufacture various hydraulic parts and assemblies for the Aerospace industry. This role requires proficiency in setting up machines to produce precision parts within the allocated time, inspecting machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools, and maintaining quality records for each job. The ideal candidate will make offset adjustments, change worn and broken tools, troubleshoot minor issues after tool changes and offset adjustments, set up common jobs within their Cell, load programs into machines, and interpret blueprints accurately for necessary adjustments.

Provide shopfloor leadership and drives actions to improve Operations performance.
Coach, train and develop direct leads and hourly employees to maintain a positive work environment, productivity, quality, and efficient operations.
Leads the design, development, and implementation of improved manufacturing processes. Manages methods to generate improved workflow, capacity optimization, sustainability and higher ROI.
Responsible for continuous improvement activities, such us kaizen, layout, SMED, etc., in order to improve productivity of the operation.
Works collaboratively among different departments. Identify areas where bottle necks occur and work to minimize impact.

140,000 to 160,000
