The Client Technologies Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and support of communication, collaboration, and endpoint management tools throughout the organization. You will play a critical role in driving the effective use of end-user technologies for our internal associates.

This position is part of the IT team based out of Chaska, Minnesota or Brea, CA. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Enterprise Technologies Services team and report to the Senior Manager responsible for overseeing global company endpoint standards & supporting systems, collaboration tools, and telecom systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of Client Engineers towards modernization of sustainable Endpoint Management systems for 16,000+ associates world-wide.

  • Engage with global, cross-functional business teams to foster partnerships that drive innovation and meet business objectives.

  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive client technologies strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives for a positive desktop computing experience.

  • Guide the strategic direction for effectively leveraging modern endpoint tools, such as Microsoft Intune & Autopilot, and help execute physical/virtual desktop roadmaps.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures related to client applications, data security, and user access controls.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of client technologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Solid approach for problem-solving, ability to translate requirements to software features, ability to prioritize, break down problems and estimate efforts

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others, with defined methods for building a cohesive team

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills

  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles with proven track record for successfully leading medium to high complexity projects

  • Understanding of organizational change management processes & strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9 years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 7 years

  • Experience (3+ years) managing IT administrative or operational teams including performance evalutations/ratings.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience working in organizations that use Microsoft Office 365 as productivity & communications platform.

  • Experience implementing, administering, or overseeing an enterprise endpoint environment

  • Experience with Agile and/or Lean principles.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT1
