Job Description

A federal IT services client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their growing team in Charlottesville, VA! A currently active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position. The role is fully on-site and the team will offer relocation assistance for the right fit!

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide network engineering, systems architecture, and security support to ensure the design,

configuration, and administration of a Cisco Client platform is maintained and satisfies all cybersecurity

requirements.

• Configure and manage network access controls in accordance with government account management

policies.

• Support cybersecurity and information assurance services in compliance with DoD IA policies,

processes, and procedures.

• Create, update, maintain, and submit network management and security diagrams to the government.

• Perform preventative maintenance on network components.

• Perform security patch management.

• Provide initial level of support for service requests, incidents, and problems.

Skills and Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance

• At least one of the following certifications: Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP, CAP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP

• 8+ years of experience working with enterprise level Cisco hardware, operating systems, and technologies

• Must have experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

• Experience with Cisco best practices to support secure implementations and sustainment of enterprise network devices in line with IA and InfoSec compliance & governance - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics or other related field

• Experience with AWS infrastructure

• Experience with ServiceNow null
