This role provides program execution leadership, communication, and coordination across the Honeywell’s Global Pay on Time initiative. You will have frequent interaction and coordination with various business partners across Procurement, A/P, Finance and Operations, including leading and contributing to multiple improvement projects.
You will report directly to the Procurement Digital Transformation Director and you'll work out of Charlotte, NC at Honeywell’s Corporate Headquarters facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive progress and completion of objectives along several workstreams for the Pay on Time initiative
Support the detailed development of project plans (A3s) on the multiple workstreams
Schedule and facilitate regular update meetings (weekly) on workstream progress
Partner with suppliers to identify and resolve issues in the Procure to Pay process
Publish notes and actions from workstream meetings
Assist workstream leaders in communicating their results/plans in regularly scheduled update meetings
Interaction with Workstream leaders and Procurement and Finance Leadership Team
Champion development/deployment of standard processes, self-serve reporting, and automation wherever possible

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance
3+ Years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Accounts Payable or equivalent functions
Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Curious, strong critical thinking skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Communication skills, written and oral
Highly Organized and Detail Orientated
