Day to Day
Insight Global is looking for a detail oriented Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join the Southeastern division of one of our top engineering clients. This project manager will have been experienced in multi-disciplinary work including, but not limited to, industrial/commercial land development, solar, and mining. They will also be tasked with expanding business opportunities by leverage existing and new professional relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and creating new opportunities by maintaining and building existing/new client relationships.
Executing projects effectively by developing proposals, organizing resources and scheduling, managing vendors and finances, promoting safety and health, and delivering quality work.
Supervising projects, allocating the proper resources, defining client success while addressing concerns, and providing a solutions-oriented mindset to all processes and challenges.
Decision-making for all project costs, schedules, and design.
Supporting and guiding the professional team's individual and group goals
Annual Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor of Science - Engineering
Experience consulting on permitting, design, and construction, technology experience includes Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Managed yearly portfolios with budgets of 1 million dollars and up.
12 years - experience, 6 years in project management, experience must be focused on site development work, ex, commercial/industrial land development, solar, and mining Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months null
