salary: $65,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site staff.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Approve invoices, manage purchase orders, and handle financial reporting.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
The essential functions of this role include:
