BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As aLEAD INTERNAL AUDITOR (OPERATIONAL), you will be responsible for executing operational internal audits with significant exposure to all areas of the company and management teams. In this role, you will work independently on unique projects, with the responsibility of identifying process gaps and communicating recommendations directly with company leadership.
WHAT OUR LEAD INTERNAL AUDITOR (OPERATIONAL) WILL ENJOY MOST
Executing planning, fieldwork, and reporting for operational audits in accordance with department standards to validate compliance with established policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
Leading the development of the audit plans
Independently executing and documenting the testing procedures
Preparing the audit observations and leading the communication with management
Providing project oversight and expertise to other team members, including audit methodology and scoping
Collaborating effectively with team members, contributing ideas and opinions
Developing and maintaining effective relationships within internal audit and throughout the company to serve as a trusted advisor
Performing other duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Internal or external auditing 3
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
General knowledge of internal audit methodologies, internal controls, and root cause analysis
Ability to analyze automated processes, including related IT general controls
Ability to analyze and interpret data and processes that require in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors
Ability to exercise independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards
Ability to work independently to execute and manage multiple projects
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Ability to interact positively and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external auditors, and outside contacts
Ability to use software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio)
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Operational Audit experience 2 – 3
Preferred Education
CIA, CPA or CFE
Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Big 4 experience
Working Conditions
Office Environment
Expected travel is approximately 10-15%
