Are you an experienced maintenance professional who takes pride in ensuring facilities are safe, clean, and operating smoothly? Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client in Charleston, WV.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Cleanliness & Order : Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing heavy cleaning duties. Tasks include floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and window washing, and waste removal to ensure every corner of our building looks its best.
Routine Maintenance & Equipment Care : Oversee basic maintenance of essential systems like furnaces and boilers, ensuring efficient operation and addressing minor issues before they escalate. Perform regular inspections to spot potential problems and notify management when repairs are needed.
Outdoor Grounds Management : Keep facility accessible and safe by removing snow, debris, or any other hazards from sidewalks and entryways.
Proactive Facility Upkeep : Conduct periodic facility checks, identifying areas for improvement and stepping in promptly to maintain standards across the board.
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance or similar role, with a strong understanding of general maintenance tasks and procedures.
Screening : A background check and drug screening are required to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
