About the Role:
As a GTM Data Ops Analyst at Confluent, you will be crucial in optimizing and maintaining the data integrity of our GTM Systems. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that Confluent's data infrastructure is accurate, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. Your Data Management knowledge will enhance strategic initiatives and enable operational excellence within GTM Systems, such as Salesforce, D&B, Clari, Zoominfo, and other essential GTM platforms.
You'll lead efforts to manage data quality and enhance data driven decision making, collaborating with GTM Stakeholders, Business Systems, Growth Operations, and IT teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Steward to impact Confluent's data operations and ensure our GTM systems are scalable, accurate, and aligned with Confluent's growth ambitions.
What You Will Do:
Oversee SFDC data (Accounts, Contacts, Leads) and other GTM systems (Clari, ZoomInfo) to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Build and optimize SFDC dashboards and reports to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders.
Utilize tools like Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) or SFDC Data Loader to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets.
Manage data quality requests and SLAs using ticketing systems (SFDC Cases/JIRA) for timely resolutions.
Ability to "roll up your sleeves" to troubleshoot issues (integrations, VRs, etc.) and collaborate with Senior Business stakeholders.
Ensure data complies with standards like OFAC and maintain governance practices across systems.
What You Will Bring:
Proven success in managing data quality programs, particularly in Salesforce.
Proficiency in SFDC, Clari, D&B, ZoomInfo, Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and Data Loader.
Expertise in data cleansing, de-duplication, and hierarchy management.
Strong ability to identify and fix data issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Familiar with regulatory standards like OFAC.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business needs.
What Gives You an Edge:
3+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM Operation roles.
SFDC Admin certification preferred
Experience with AI systems
Hands on experience with SFDC, D&B, Clari, ZoomInfo, and BI tools
Knowledge of regulatory standards (OFAC, GDPR, etc.)

This position has an annual estimated salary of $106,600- $120,600, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
