Key Responsibilities: Perform manual labor to support construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Remove debris and clean up spills to maintain a safe worksite. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all workers. Work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines and goals. Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials. Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Prior experience in construction or general labor (preferred but not required). Willingness to follow instructions and work in various weather conditions. Employment Details: Compensation: Starting at $14.00 per hour (rate depends on experience).
