This position reports on-site to downtown Charleston regularly.
Job Summary :
Responsible for providing high-level financial and analytical operational support to the acute care facilities and/or the physician group in the form of annual budget development, month end review and reporting, strategy, and assisting teams with achieving developed goals.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field with five years of relevant work experience; MHA or MBA preferred. Excel and healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to work independently. Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Exercise good judgement in highly complex situations when warranted. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must possess an advanced skill level in office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Produce presentation quality reports accurately translating data into meaningful information used for decision making. Ability to direct, monitor and lead other staff members to complete projects. Extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of financial principles including analysis of corporate financial statements, cost reports, variance analysis and budgeting. Broad operational understanding of the internal and external health care environment is required.
