Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Charles City, Virginia. This role is focused on managing various aspects of our accounts payable process within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintaining precise records of customer credit
• Resolving customer inquiries timely and effectively
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Handling account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy in financial data
• Managing accounts payable, including check runs and invoice processing
• Coding invoices and maintaining data entry tasks with precision
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is desired for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a crucial requirement for this position.
• The ability to effectively perform Check Runs is needed in this role.
• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is essential for the Accounts Payable Clerk role.
• Strong Data Entry skills are a key requirement for this position.
• The candidate must be well-versed in Invoice Processing for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a necessary skill for the Accounts Payable Clerk position.
