Office Coordinator

$17.00/Hour

Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week

 

Job Description  

Primary responsibilities of this position are 1) to manage the general office operations, 2) support membership and programmatic activities, and 3) serve as administrative support for the executive director.

 

Office and Administrative Support Responsibilities

 

  • Serves as the primary administrative support person for the organization.
  • Answers the telephone. Is available during regular business hours to serve as the front line of contact with members and other contacts.
  • Answers routine information requests from clients.
  • Assist with board meeting preparation.
  • Assists with mailings, member communications, and logistics for special events.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

     

     

Social Media and Marketing

 

  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Prepare and schedule marketing emails.
