Robert Half PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona
Description We are in search of a PC Technician for a short-term contract employment opportunity in the high tech engineering sector in Chandler, Arizona. This role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of systems. The PC Technician will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Configuration and deployment of new workstations
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems when they relate to personal desktop computers
• Strong knowledge of EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Operating systems, and Networking
• Working knowledge of Dell Technologies and Active Directory
• Deskside support and management of hardware deployments
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
• Develop and maintain a professional rapport with the team and clients. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies
• Experience with EO/IR systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong understanding of Networking concepts
• Knowledge of Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Previous experience in Deployments
