As a Digital Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and digital teams, managing key administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by preparing client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Process and track media orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Generate sales performance reports, campaign analytics, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee weekly pacing, creative approvals, and inventory tracking.
Manage campaign execution, troubleshoot issues as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist with order fulfillment, trafficking, and digital campaign management.
Stay informed on industry trends and company products to provide expert support.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in digital advertising platforms, creative development, or video production coordination is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn and adapt to broadcast and digital advertising terminology.

The salary range for this position is: $32,000.00 - $34,000.00
