[Job Description: [Wingstop is looking for a General Manager to help Serve The World Flavor! [Management Criteria: [- Minimum of 3 years of Assistant Restaurant Management OR 1 year of Restaurant General Management experience is required. [- Excellent service skills. [- Organized. [- Self-motivated, does not need to be micro-managed. [- Hands-on (able to handle all basic restaurant tasks like cooking, cashiering, cleaning). [- Individual who can help create structure within the organization through training, motivating and hiring. [- Knowledge of Inventory and Labor Control. [- Knowledge of POS functions. [- Able to work up to 8-10 hour shifts. [-Able to work 50-60 hours per week [- Able to lift 50 lbs. [- Able to determine appropriate disciplinary action per company policies and procedures. [- Open Availability is required (Hours of Operation are 11am-Midnight Everyday).
