Busch's Central Kitchen Sanitation Associate in Central Kitchen (Clinton, United States
Starting wage up to: $15.25/hr. with experience

Receive and verify product department deliveries.
Rotate and date product following FIFO procedures.
Store all product to ensure food safety standards.
Return wrong or damaged product.
Load and unload crescores.
Keep coolers, freezers and storage areas clean and organized.
Clean and sanitize department, equipment and work areas.
Assist production staff.
Assist with the staging of product for shipment to stores.
Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
Follow safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout of equipment.
Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Previous production, receiving or stocking experience desired.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
