Positions available at NBCUniversal Media, LLC (4100 E Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO 80122) for VP, Marketing & Fulfillment Product with the following job duties:

  • Develop the product and architectural strategy to ensure a cohesive ecosystem across the vertical, enhance existing workflows, define and grow the organization, ensure reliable delivery on client commitments, and lead cross functional technical and operations teams to design, build, and launch new features and new initiatives.

  •  Manage the Marketing and Fulfillment Supply Chain product organization comprised of Directors, Managers, Product Owners, and Product Specialists spanning a diverse product portfolio.

  • Propose and develop organizational structure to fit our evolving business and recruit accordingly.

  • Lead the effort to grow the organization through hiring new Product Owners and Specialists to support the increased scale of products.

  • Develop and oversee the strategic vison across the Fulfillment product organization.

  • Grow and mentor Directors and Managers with an emphasis in empowerment and strategic planning.

  • Serve as expert across all products within the Content Fulfillment portfolio.

  • Develop and implement solutions for large initiatives to onboard large clients/brands across multiple products.

  • Lead integration efforts of new products from a process and architectural perspective into the product portfolio in coordination with the PMO and Engineering teams.

  • Deep dive into new products and determine how they align to support the long range plan / Concept to Cash strategy.

  • Engage with multiple clients/business units/internal stakeholders on large, cross product initiatives to understand their requirements then design a solution and identify the key products that can be leveraged to meet the ask.

  • Effectively manage between short term wins vs long term strategy to ensure value is provided to the business in timely manner.

  • Collaborate across verticals to reduce dependencies and increase efficiencies on cross functional initiatives.

  • Participate and feed into long range planning. Maintain OPEX budget and headcount.

  • Hybrid work schedule.

*Basic Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Media Technology, Television and New Media, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in the broadcast or media industry. (In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in Media Technology, Television and New Media, Information Technology, or a related field, will accept two additional years of experience in stated field.)

  • Stated experience must include at least 10 years of experience in the following: content supply chain workflows and products; project management; working with Evertz Mediator systems, Vantage, Aspera, and Signiant; and product management/technology engineering experience with a proven track record of successful broadcast or digital media related projects.

  • Must also have at least 8 years of experience in direct people management.

  • Must also have at least 5 years of experience in micro-service based architecture and cloud based technology.

  • Must be willing to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.

    We are offering a salary range of $230,000 per year to $275,000 per year, depending upon qualifications.
