Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of an Accounting Clerk for a Dental equipment company in Englewood, CO. The ideal professional will demonstrate sound communication skills, strong accounting skills, and strong organizational skills.
Job Highlights:
Review accounting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy Assist in receiving payables from Vendors Enter invoices into ERP System Determine accounts for distributions for payments Assist in posting receiving invoices from Vendors Request W9s from vendors Assist in reconciling expense reports Assist in responding to customer requests relating to accounting Contact accounts on payments past due Assist in daily invoicing of orders Enter tracking/shipping information on customer invoices Collect Credit card information and file in secure locked AR filing cabinet daily Process credit card orders and credit card payments Assist in running and completes sales tax reports monthly and quarterly
What we look for:
2+ years' experience in an Accounting role (AP/AR) Strong MS Office Suite skills Strong attention to detail Ability to read fine print associates with invoices
