The Client Services Advisor plays a crucial role in the Disney Institute team, being vital to our business success. Acting as the main liaison with our partners and clients, they ensure that deliverables meet established timelines. As a member of our team your role will focus on supporting our programs during deliveries on-site, leveraging your strong analytical abilities and exceptional skills in engaging with our clients to enhance our service-oriented organization . Your meticulous attention to detail and proficient project management capabilities will be essential as you handle multiple portfolios and on-site learnings, including both in-person and online learning initiatives. Serving as a thought partner and problem solver in this dynamic setting, you will thrive in our collaborative team environment.

The Client Services Advisor will report to the Operations Support Manager and sits in Celebration, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and fosters positive relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders while organizing and facilitating on-site program support.

  • Assists with on-site operations for in-person learning experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort.

  • Coordinates and actively participates in client and internal meetings, maintaining detailed records of discussions, deadlines, and communications.

  • Collaborates to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.

  • Proactively identifies and addresses potential challenges to keep projects on track.

  • Monitors project progress and resource allocation, partnering with various teams to meet deadlines effectively.

  • Supports both in-person and online learning initiatives operationally.

  • Maintains regular communication with internal partners and external vendors regarding work status, quality control, cost management, and deadlines.

  • Uses project management and vendor systems to manage work orders, oversee production, shipping, and receipt of materials.

  • Assumes responsibility for assigned projects, providing regular updates as needed.

  • Proficiently navigates multiple computer systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience developing positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and various operational units.

  • Effectively manages multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines, prioritizing amidst competing demands while providing on-site support for programs at the Walt Disney World Resort.

  • Adaptable to work in a team and autonomously when necessary.

  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exhibits strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Handles confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Initiates tasks independently, requiring minimal direction, and consistently follows through.

  • Capable of making independent decisions within established guidelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, encompassing Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Open to acquiring proficiency in new software applications as required.

  • Must have a valid FL Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record showing five (5) years of prior safe driving.

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at the Walt Disney World Resort or other areas within Disney Experiences or Disney Signature Experiences.

  • Experience in providing on-site operational support for programs and events.

  • Multilingual with fluency in Spanish/ Portuguese preferred.

  • Proven experience working with executives or other senior leaders.

  • Proficient in Smartsheet, WorkFront, Siebel, DSCS, WebBEO, and Certain.

  • Influencing skills with ability to facilitate mutually beneficial situations.

  • Experience in following directives from leaders situated in disparate locations or time zones.

  • Skilled in communication through platforms like Teams, Zoom, and other virtual tools.

Required Education:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
