Robert Half is seeking a tax expert to join the team of a prestigious company as a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant. As a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant, we are seeking individuals well versed with tax laws and market trends. What you get to do as a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant:
Assist with the creation of tax return scenarios to help with software updates
Demonstrate practices and procedures to educate others on tax laws and material
Research and stay up to date with new tax laws and market trends, and act as the tax expert
Review tax documents to determine changes that may need to be implemented in the company software
Utilize time management to complete deliverables in a timely manner
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of Federal Income Tax regulations
• Ability to prepare Income Tax Return
• Proficient in Tax Law
• Experience with Multi-state Tax Returns is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
