We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

There is one position located in Cayce, SC and will be filled at the level commensurate with experience. Travel to various worksite locations is required.

This role will support Customer Experience and serves as an advisor to management and employees providing information to ensure company human resources programs, policies and procedures are administered in an effective, consistent and legal manner.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Identifies human resources needs for assigned groups within the business unit.

  • Collaborates and works with management and others in human resources community to develop strategies and plans to address needs identified and to integrate human resources strategies and plans with business strategies and plans.

  • Coordinates administration of broad array of human resources programs such as succession and workforce planning, policy interpretation, staffing guidance/assistance, performance management, compensation/salary administration and pay for performance processing, leadership training, Intern and Diversity student programs, etc.

  • Provides tools for multiple leaders to address a wide variety of complex HR issues and initiatives including compliance, employee relations, investigations, equitable and consistent treatment of employees, change management and problem resolution.

  • May gather and compile data, perform analysis and make recommendations.

  • May act as a resource for less experienced co-workers. May lead or coordinate HR initiatives or projects.

  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

HR Business Partner

3 + years directly related HR experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist (Note: A Master's degree will count towards one year of experience; Six months of experience will be rounded up to one year of experience)

Sr HR Business Partner

5+ years directly related HR experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist (Note: A Master's degree will count towards one year of experience; Six months of experience will be rounded up to one year of experience)

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

  • Strong working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, pay and staffing trends and practices;

  • Knowledge of company organizational structure;

  • In depth knowledge of company policies, programs, procedures and relevant government regulations;

  • Strong planning and organizational skills;

  • Strong personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP;

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
