TEKsystems Document Review Specialist in Castleton, Indiana
Description:
Job Duties Include:
Scanning, organizing, and filing of hard copy and electronic records into our system.
Maintenance of physical records, both on and offsite.
Analyze patient info and confidential documents to inform client services team of next steps.
Assist Manager of Document Control and Training with maintaining Quality Management System Records.
Administration of company change control processes and activities
Create reports on change orders, product requests, and quality processes.
Other duties as assigned
Day to Day:
The document review specialist is a very important support role to our client service team and vital to our success. They will receive paper documents that include important and confidential client &/or patient information that they will then need to scan into the system. Once scanned, specialist will analyze the information in the documents to provide thorough informed decisions to the client services team.
