Actalent Civil Engineer in Castle Rock, Colorado
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Denver office. This engineer will work for multiple project managers on a broad range of project types. This position will focus on many markets, but will mostly work on land and development.
We have been established for 30 years nationally and continue to obtain a very high retention rate. We will only continue to grow, come join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
Manage a team of civil engineers and CAD technicians to deliver exceptional projects from start of design through construction for small and medium projects, meeting deadlines and design budgets.
Communicate with clients and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent engineering solutions.
Oversee and assist with many projects for a wide variety of regulators, clients, and authorities.
Produce high-quality project documentation using computer design and graphics software programs.
Participate in professional development, marketing, and growing clientele, research
Assist Project Manager in managing projects, designs, field observations, and tracking budgets.
Mentor new team members in the civil field
Qualifications:
Experience using AutoCAD/Civil3D and/or MicroStation/Inroads to produce transportation construction documents.
Has designed numerous projects and has followed them through from start of design to completion of construction.
Demonstrates high-level internal and external communication skills.
Contributes to the betterment of the company through engagement/leadership in the Company initiative.
