Job Title: Survey CAD Technician
Job Description
A regional engineering firm seeks a Survey CAD Technician to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. The successful candidate will demonstrate increasing levels of judgment and capability in a collaborative team environment. This role involves supporting civil engineering projects by providing civil production and drafting support using AutoCAD, developing technical plans, organizing field notes, and supporting design and production staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized file system for production drawings, preparing exhibits for planning/permitting purposes, and creating and revising permitting and construction drawings and details under the direction of an Engineer. This role requires proactive problem-solving, an interest in developing engineering knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Work Environment
