Robert Half Compensation Manager in Cary, North Carolina

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry for a Compensation and Benefits Manager based in Cary, North Carolina. The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage the company's compensation strategy to ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the company's compensation strategy and programs

• Conduct job evaluations and job classifications

• Develop and manage the company's bonus program

• Oversee the administration of executive compensation

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations

• Utilize compensation-related software and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, HCM, HRMS

• Design and manage the company's equity capital programs

• Collaborate with the C-Suite and other key stakeholders to ensure the compensation strategy aligns with the company's objectives

• Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports to senior management and/or the board of directors regarding the effectiveness of the company's compensation strategy

• Stay updated on compensation trends and best practices within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with Ceridian, HCM, and HRMS systems

• Experience in managing benefit functions

• Knowledge in designing and implementing bonus programs

• Expertise in compensation administration

• Experience in working with C-Suite executives

• Understanding of equity capital principles

• Relevant experience in the chemicals manufacturing industry

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various departments

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Professional certifications in Compensation Management would be an added advantage

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
