Our team is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in Cary, IL for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time onsite position, that will be supporting a caseload of Junior High School students, grades 6th-8th. The role primarily involves serving general education students, with one day a week dedicated to the Teaching Life Skills (TLC) program to provide additional support.

Job Responsibilities:
Monday-Friday, from approximately 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (staff hours 8:15 AM, student start time 8:45 AM).
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to students in grades 6th-8th.
Collaborated with other educators and specialists.
Participate in problem-solving group meetings one day per week.
Consult with other staff members at the beginning of the day to ensure coordinated support for students.
Deliver a combination of push-in and pull-out services, conduct assessments, and manage an assessment block.
Conduct multiple group therapy sessions throughout the day.
Complete necessary documentation and paperwork, utilizing Infinite Campus for IEPs.
Attend staff meetings once or twice per month after work.
Participate in professional development activities during early release half-days.
Collaborate with other SLPs in the district every 6-8 weeks for team discussions and shared learning.
Other duties as assigned.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary range: $58,000-$67,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (IDFPR and PEL required).
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
