Job Details: Location: Carthage, MS Position: Jack Driver Operator - Breast Packout Work Shift: 1st Shift.
Pay Grade: PR02U -17.25$.
Shift Pay: None.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS: Required to wear a safety toe boot that can withstand 75lbs. at all times. Must have or be able to obtain Tyson operator's license for pallet jack or forklift.
Tasks include: Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal. Possess basic math skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills are critical. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are requirements of the position. Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments Must be able to complete required training. Must be able to perform all the duties of the position.
Rehire Consideration: 365 dats (1 year) waiting period. Max of two previous Tyson employments to be consider for hire.
