Schedule : 1st shift, 5am-9am start ( 8hr. work day )

What You'll Do:
Master the Metals: Efficiently weld carbon and alloy steel metals, with thicknesses ranging from .030 and up using GTAW.
Precision Welding: Operate a TIG rig with foot pedal control. (Must pass a 2” sch 80 6G test within 1 hour).
Get Technical: Connect cables, set up amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as per the weld procedure.
Create the Spark: Start the power supply, form arcs, and join edges of workpieces with finesse.
Guide the Process: Manually guide electrodes or guns, maintaining arc length and speed for perfect fusion.
Versatile Welding: Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
Quality Check: Examine welds for bead size and specifications, ensuring top-notch results.
Preparation and Repair: Clean joints, repair broken parts, grind pipes, and prepare materials for welding.
Team Collaboration: Tackle assemblies together, position workpieces, and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications :
Highschool Diploma or GED
Must pass weld test.
