In the role of Production Supervisor, Material Handling, you'll play a pivotal part on our Production team. The Production Supervisor, Material Handling will manage the daily manufacturing order kitting activities for a Facility.

This position contributes to our vision by:

  1. Supervise all relevant employees in the MO kitting department

  2. Manage and optimize the receipt, movement, storage, and presentation to line of material to support production

  3. Implement best practices regarding material traceability, visual management, and part protection

The expected salary range for this position is between $68,640 - $88,340 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree or equivalent additional experience (+ 2 years)

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of material handling experience.

Computer Skills:

• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems

• Proficiency with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)

Other Skills:

• Broad knowledge of the field with proven management skills.

• Effective oral and written communications skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail

• Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.

• Strong written and verbal business communications abilities, must be comfortable delivering information to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

• Working knowledge of business finance skills and abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)

• BS/BA

• Dangerous Goods certification

• Leadership experience

• Continuous Improvement skills (Six Sigma Green Belt, etc.…)

• Experience working with aviation manufacturing components including FAA standards and regulations
