Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Carrollton, Tx
$17/hr - 1st Shift
Job Description
Seeking strong experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and Teams. The ability to lift up to 70 lbs is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
Pick and pack items accurately for shipment.
Conduct cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Handle UPS shipping procedures.
Communicate effectively with other sites and customers via phone, email, and Teams.
Perform data input and computer-related tasks.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of warehouse experience.
Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
Experience with inventory management and picking.
Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of warehouse experience.
Preference for bilingual candidates.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, hot, and loud but organized. Steel-toe boots are required. The team consists of 7-10 members. There is one opening for the 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift (may work as late as 5:30 PM) Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (about one per month). There are two openings for the 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM shift Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (about one per month). All roles have a hard stop at 5:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
