Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment in production and support the plant's operational efficiency. The role involves replacing defective components, troubleshooting motor control centers, and setting up packaging equipment. Candidates must ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards, handle SPA responsibilities, and support production tasks. The position requires teaching and mentoring operators in preventive maintenance processes and maintaining housekeeping standards in work areas.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Carrollton, Texas.
Work Environment
This role operates in a climate-controlled environment with exposure to equipment at temperatures exceeding 300°F. The position requires standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders for up to 12-hour shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shifts are from 7:00am to 7:00pm, from Thursday to Saturday and Wednesday to Saturday on alternating weeks, with overtime opportunities available but not mandatory.
