Responsibilities
We are working with our client to fulfill a Customer Service Manager role in North Dallas. They are a e-commerce warehouse and order fulfillment facility. They are looking for someone who has an experienced background in working in a fast-paced environment consisting of distrbution, logisitics or wharehouse support to ensure timeley and effecient service.
Responsibilites
Overseeing and leading a team of customer service reps including performance
Conducting orientation and training programs
Developing and Implementing customer service policies and procedures
Collaborating with the operational team to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment, warehousing and shipping for cusomers
Requirements
Min. of one (1) year of experience in a fulfillment operation, distribution center or similar environment
Min. of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience
Proven experience in account management or call center environment. 100% in a call center not needed.
Background in customer service operations including the shipping applications and programs as well as CRM applications
Knowledge of inventory control
Ability to analyze trends in the market and customer feedback
Ability to work and make key decisions in a consistently moving environment
Fluent in English and Spanish
Skills
bilingual - spanish (3 years of experience is required)
Management (1 year of experience is required)
Distribution Center (1 year of experience is required)
Fulfillment Operation (1 year of experience is required)
Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
